Absolutely diabolical. End of the tenancy and they are 100% on the landlords side, not helping us in any way but giving the landlord advice all the way. Fees are outrageous, £300 plus for a check out which cost less than half that I'd imagine. Dreadful, unprofessional, pathetic excuse for a business. Dealt with several estate agents in my time but these have to be the absolute worst.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Unprofessional, bordering on illegal, expensive, totally useless.
