Both Pam and Sally were really good at keeping me informed at all stages; from prospective tenancy visits through to when credit checks commenced/were completed, etc. I felt I could approach them with any queries I had. I also felt that, even though we had trouble with potential tenants (which was NOT Country property's fault), they dealt with the situation quickly, and soon had another tenant lined up to replace them. Balance due on the first month's rent was forwarded very promptly, too.
Service was excellent, and to the time-scales that they suggested. Would recommend Country Properties to others in the future.
