I have had a very positive experience using John D Wood.
As a single person selling the family home I was quite daunted but from the very first contact, by telephone, the greeting was polite and business-like.
Prior to every viewing I was notified by telephone as well as email and after every viewing there was follow-up feedback.
In order to sell my property, there were over fifty viewings which tried my patience but the agent was always professional as well as supportive. In the end, we entered into sealed bids, and throughout this process I received very good support.
I could not find fault with any aspect of their service.

Everyone at the Weybridge branch were very helpful and professional at all times. Nothing was too much trouble.
All enquiries were handled effectively and promptly.
