I have used Leaders Letting Agents, Waterlooville, Hampshire for the last 5 years to source and reference tenants for my 4 properties, draw up tenancy contracts, create inventories, and log deposits, as well as deal with the completion of tenancies.

Outstanding, professional, friendly, and caring are all adjectives I would use to describe the service I receive from the staff of Leaders Waterlooville. It does not matter how busy they are, they always have time for you, and although I manage my properties myself, without the constant ¢â‚¬Ëœholding of my hand' I would not have been able to negotiate the issues that arise from letting as well as I have done. Their professional and accurate advice has both reduced the stress of letting and has saved me money. In fact their agency fees are very reasonable compared to many other letting agents.

Also, I believe all my tenants have been extremely happy with then services I have received from Leaders Waterlooville.

I cannot thank Claire, Laura, Lisa, Maria, Jill, Nicki, Debbie, and Ben enough for the exemplary support they have given me as a Landlord.

I have used other agents for letting services and they have much to learn from Leaders. I unequivocally and without reservation recommend them!

They have been a rip off from start to finish and will take any of your hard earned money any way they can and hide the fact they are crooks behind absolute joke service charges. I mean come £78 for damages and £168 for what would probably cost one of their maintenance people no more than a couple of hours to sort out! ... I sometimes wonder why I studied hard to become an engineer if I could earn that sort of money doing a cleaning and maintenance job... you do the math guys, nearly £250 for probably at the very most a couple of hours work cleaning and stripping a cable back and sticking a cheap letter box cover back on... I would not even earn that sort of money as a senior engineer even contracting!
