I've been renting the Benslow Lane property with Belvoir for more than a year now and have found the staff to be unfailingly courteous and helpful. I've rated them "excellent" largely because I have owned investment properties myself in the past and generally found staff took little interest in regularly inspecting the place to make sure it was being maintained properly. One house I owned was rented by the estate agent's sister and she trashed the place and left owing rent! Belvoir inspect regularly and thoroughly, I wish they had been my letting agents.
