Me and my wife have been renting apartments in the North West London Area for over ten years, living in Ealing. Chiswick, Harrow on the Hill and now Harrow Town Centre.
I can safely say Ellis & Co have been the most professional, welcoming, warm as well as very fair Estate Agents to both tennants and the landlord from my own, personal opinion.
I am also a landlord, so, have experienced the relationship with Estate Agents from both sides and believe that Ellis & Co raise the bar with respects to making sure tennants are covered 100% with respects to landlords obligations.
Also, the Landlord has been treated equally in this regard, and all mediation between myself ,my wife and the landlord has been handled in a very high level with respects to communication, tennants rights, landlords rights, health and safety and general all round property management by Ellis & Co's property consultants (Ben Parry & Michael Bustamante).
Ben and Michael have eradicated any stereo-typical views and opinions of estates agents, all being tarnished with the same brush, as these guys, are, of a high calibre, when performing the core duties of an Estate Agent, Servicing, both the occupants and the property owner.
I may also add, that, they have a natural ability to be professional when the time is right, but also to add compassion and an ability to take ownership of any problems or requests, day to day servicing of the property in question and then seeing this through to the very end with respects to getting an answer or finding a solution.

We agree appointments had to be cancelled but through no fault of our own as we have to rely on our clients for access arrangements when we do not hold keys. It is normal for Agents to send a broad list of properties to all our customers seeking, even if they are slightly out of ones budget as some landlords are willing to compromise and negotiate on the rent.
