We had actually viewed several properties held by your agency but found something that ticked all the boxes with one of your competitors. As our misfortune would have it, your competitor failed in a few areas of fundamental service delivery and resulted in us coming back to Country Properties.

Pam Dewhurst was extremely helpful, professional and supportive, in fact, she reached out to the referencing agency to expedite our case as quickly as possible which may have significantly shortened our waiting time and saved us some money as well. It was always pleasant interacting with Pam.

Kelly Dowse provided invaluable guidance to us regarding schools in the area and general community-type information. Needless to say, her input meant a great deal to us considering that we were new to Hitchin, this certainly influenced our decision. We also dealt with Kelly (face-to-face) on more than one occasion and found her to be extremely personable and compassionate.
