OK, what should I start with:
1. The agent show claims to be a sales negotiator was completely unprofessional. She drove me to the place. She was driving like crazy, looked for parking, payed for the parking meter. Then, she realised that she got the wrong keys. We went back and got the proper keys. Got in the apartment and she showed me around for 1-2 mins. Then she asked me to hurry up since she had already paid for the parking meter and it would expire soon!!
2. Given the experience in point 1 above, it was my stupidity to trust this company and say yes to the apartment. It was also that I was really rushing to find one. Hence, I made one of my biggest mistakes and signed the contract.
3. After moving into the apartment, I came across with a lovely surprise. The apartment was infected by some sort of insects. Luckily my tenancy responsible (Tracy) handled this in a very professional and efficient way. This is the ONLY POSITIVE thing about this agency¢â‚¬Â¦in fact TRACY is the only positive thing about them!!
4. After having made a deal with them to pay my rent a few days later than what written in the contract, their accounts department sent me a warning that I am overdue to my payment (this happened on the 4th month of my tenancy)¢â‚¬Â¦.Then of course I had to explain to them about this. Obviously, they are totally disorganised!
5. Once I was locked out of my apartment. In fact because the door lock broke (I still had the key). I called them¢â‚¬Â¦it was close to their closing time. The guy on the phone told me that he would send someone and that I should hurry up (on the phone) since they were closing. Of course he was so unprofessional that he never asked me for my address!! Obviously nobody came!!! And nobody called me back to ask for the address!!! I managed to open the door by playing around with the lock¢â‚¬Â¦pressing the key from different sides, etc. Finally, on the next day I called Tracy and everything was sorted out.
6. My boiler broke one morning. It overflew¢â‚¬Â¦and as a result my kitchen (yes the boiler is located on top of my sink) became full of water. The mechanic came and suggested replacing the old boiler with a new one. He promised to come back on the next day and fix it after talking with the company. However, another guy came in¢â‚¬Â¦after three days of delay. To my surprise he said that the boiler is brand new and there is no need for replacement!!! Hm¢â‚¬Â¦ok¢â‚¬Â¦.I am missing sth here, or for once more the company has no clue what they are doing!
7. I left the apartment since I moved somewhere else. The deposit came to me with a delay. This was because the agent at the accounts office had attempted to send it but the transaction did not succeed. Then he just did not try again!!! After three weeks of wait, I called and they first claimed they had sent it! Then, their "smart agent" said he had tried unsuccessfully. Obviously he would not care less trying again and ensuring this was transferred on time.
Once again, I am glad that Tracy was the only normal and cooperative person in there! Still my rating is the lowest possible, since it is not a rating for the specific agent but for the whole agency.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Nothing¢â‚¬Â¦they are hopeless.
