I bought property and did mortgage and conveyancing through Bradleys. I have previously gave feedback on Dave Lewis and the outstanding service provided. I felt it right to also feedback on the great level of service received my my lettings agent Lucy.
I had looked at several places in Exmouth and through various estate agents in Exmouth. I came away from them feeling less than happy with some properties and/ or service. I was to meet Lucy to view the property I ended up buying, and she was punctual, smartly dressed, provided honest answers to questions I had, and had a general friendly and professional manner that never came across as bing pushy. It was a comfortable viewing and after discussing with family, I felt the place was right for me. Some experiences previously had put me off buying a place, and Lucy was the opposite and and to use the phrase "really sold the place!". A big thanks to her and David for all their help and finally getting me on the ladder!!
