Both ladies have been fab! Kathy was incredibly good in our search and in helping the vendors who perhaps were a little 'out of touch' with the concept of people not paying the price on the label. I know she spent some time with the couple in person going through things and trying to help them find somewhere which was out of the area altogether. I know she made it clear we were making our best offer to wrap up the deal as soon as possible.

Rachel has been great. We had initially offered on a property where the sellers did not know whether they would find the ideal property for them still after 7 months. Rachel was great in trying to find a solution to suit all but we took the decision to start searching again due to the circumstances. This lead us to our current purchase where Rachel has been on the end of an email for my each and every question and request for updates. Rachel has got to know me as a person over this time and has been brilliant with knowing what I expect and meeting those expectations. She has been extremely approachable and updated us often before our solicitor has even done so.

Ladies, I thank you both for your hard work and I'm very much looking forward to meeting you both briefly on completion day to collect the keys and say thank you in person.

Kept in regular contact re how the house was marketing and the publics opinions on the property feedback basically and make me feel that they were actually doing something to sell my house

Customer service is very important to Ward and Partners and it is disappointing but thankfully unusual that a valued client feels dissatisfied with any aspect of the high level of service we provide. Where certain calls were not returned I would like to convey our apologies. I have read through our comprehensive sales records and believe that where incorrect information had been passed to you it was as a result of a miscommunication from a third party in the chain which was rectified the follow ...
