Myself and my flatmate had been looking for a 2 bedroom flat in the Colliers Wood area for around 4 weeks and we were beginning to get fed up of Estate Agents not listening to us. We were taken to areas well outside of Colliers Wood and to properties over budget. That was until the day that I received an email from Chris Jones at CSJ listing some suitable properties . When I saw this particular property I called Chris immediately to arrange a viewing, however working 9am-6pm Monday to Friday makes this incredibly difficult. Chris was very flexible and agreed to meet with me in the evening. He arrived on time and introduced me to the current tenants and answered all of my questions, I just had a really good feeling and I spoke with my flatmate that evening and we agreed to put in an offer. Chris was very supportive of our offer and negotiated with the landlord to get us the best deal. From start to finish Chris has been very approachable and friendly, not the usual type of Estate Agent that I've come to know during this property hunt. He is down to earth and helpful and I would very happily recommend him and his team to my friends and family. Thank you!

I am familiar with the postcode and this must relate to a new development of 11 apartments which we successfully sold (most of plan). As far as we were concerned the developer and all purchasers were very happy. i can only assume this review is left by a particular buyer who the developer decided to pull the contracts from and they disgruntled.
