You lost all the proof of our ID from your files meaning that we were unable to change the account our rental money goes into. This has caused great inconvenience to ourselves and it was an enormous hassle to get you all the correct information the first time round, I was not going to go through that again, whats to stop you losing it again?
We get emails from all sorts of individuals within your organisation, I have no idea what the difference between all of their roles as regards our property and they don't seem to cover for each other or be able to take up where another left off - frustrating and inefficient.
You failed to pay our council charge and then tried to blame us and charge us for months. It took some arguing for us to sort the issue.
The last time I sent in feedback I immediately got emails hassling me for more information - look it up in your own files - the reason I pay a full management fee to your organisation is that I don't have the time to devote to the administration of my flat.
Regardless of how many times I ask you to copy both me and my husband into emails you keep forgetting.
Your email header uses a great deal of data with its photos etc, I am often working from areas with very limited connectivity which means I cannot see the full detail within your messages.
While I am perfectly happy that my flat is rented and I am receiving an income, your organisation makes it as much of a hassle as it can to use you. If I had the time I would change managers, but thats just the point, I don't have the time, thats why I pay you. Ive never had a less satisfactory service from a management agents. Please don't react to this feedback by plaguing me for more detailed information to feed your validation requirements. Do your own research onto your history of managing our property, explain who you are when you email me for the first time, don't expect me to understand property jargon.
