I have recently sold my property for the full asking price through HAART Ruislip branch.

I was immediately impressed by Tim Buckley's knowledge of the local market place and his pro-active approach. We very quickly agreed a sensible asking price and concurred that my property should only be marketed to chain-free potential buyers. His fee quote was fair to both parties, which compared very favourably to a ridiculously higher fee quotation that I had received from another firm of estate agents.

Tim has a well-balanced team who were patient and supportive throughout the process. RJ exuded enthusiasm throughout and Regan consistently fought my corner for the best possible price. Dean was always available to help out in any way.
