I dealt with Pam initially on the phone at first and I found her to be patient, friendly, kind and very acommodating. She gave me some very sound advice, taking into account my circumstances and empathised with my situation, which I deeply appreciated, given the stressful nature of moving house. She has continued to be reliable, professional and approachable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to my family and friends.
