We had previous put an offer in on a property under Bradleys Teignmouth branch, unfortunately this sale fell through though the service we received was excellent.
It was purely coincidental that we then selected a property in a new town that was also with Bradleys. The offer process was handled very well as there was some complication over work we wanted taken into consideration with regards the price. Bradleys kept us apprised of progress in the matter.
Once our offer was accepted we predominantly dealt with two members of staff. It was very useful having this continuity of the case as all too often in business these days you end up having to repeat details of a case to everyone you have a call with. The two ladies we dealt with were very helpful and dealt admirably with the liaison between ourselves, the vendor and the vendors conveyances on a number of occasions.
Unfortunately the process was rather protracted due to apparent delays from our vendors solicitor which meant that the transaction took longer than anticipated. However, on conveying our frustration to Bradleys they did everything they could to expedite matters to ensure exchange of contracts took place in an acceptable timescale. I am sure that without their mediation and assistance that matters would have taken longer than they did and we are very grateful for this.
Above everything else, however, was the politeness and consideration from every member of staff we dealt with at Bradleys. Every conversation we undertook with them was a pleasure and one where we felt that our thoughts mattered strongly to them as a business. Though it is an often used cliche they conducted dealings with the ethos that the customer is always right and their actions also was a testament to this.
We would have no hesitation in not only recommending them but using their services again personally if the need arose in the future.
