Buying a property through this office was a pleasure. My husband and I live in the United States, and throughout the buying process, Toby helped us at every turn, so that we felt comfortable with making such a big decision from overseas. He was helpful, professional, and knowledgable. I really expected any number of complications resulting from us being overseas, but Toby was fabulous. He helped refer us to a solicitor, to a mortgage person, and to someone to survey the property, and he was ready to answer any questions we had about how the process differed in the UK from in the US. I really can't say enough good things about him and his branch.
