After fifteen years, I chose to sell my flat right in the middle of a housing recession. I initially tried two other agents and experienced the traditional estate agent problems; over-optimistic pricing, easy promises, phone calls not returned and a variety of staff who were not familiar with my property, did not communicate with each other (or me) and did not seem to be greatly interested.

I engaged Gregory & Co to re-market the property.

From the start, the experience was totally different. For once, I had a small professional, engaged, proactive team who worked with me to find a buyer and then negotiate further unexpected obstacles to the sale. It made all the difference to have a company that communicated openly and were honest and realistic about things even when the outlook was not always rosy.

The sale was one of the most complicated that I have had to go through but Greg and Shelley helped to facilitate it all the way through and provided help and advice to both parties until we were finally able to complete.

I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others.
