Whilst looking for a reputable letting agency, I saw Northwoods advert and made an appointment.
Mike came to the property and made an honest appraisal and offered advice as to the best way to present the property.
As a result, I agreed to let the property through Northwood under their guaranteed rental scheme.
I have been with the company for a few years now and I am very satisfied with the way they handle the property.
Alex provides support and advice with any problems that arise with the property and deals promptly with them.

Terrible customer service.
Decline potential buyers a viewing before knowing all the facts. You should ask the right questions first.
They blame everyone else and do not return calls so the only correspondence you get is emails.

Unfortunately if you put the wrong information in to your Rightmove enquiry, as you did by saying you had a house to sell, it is not our fault we cannot action your request when instructed by the vendor to only allow viewings with buyers in a postion to proceed. Gabi rang back twice with no answer. We even had an email reply from you acknowledging our calls.
