When we decided to put our house on the market we knew that finding a buyer for our property may take some time due to the fact the house was on a main road. Despite the location Alison managed to generate a lot of interest in our property and secured a number of offers in a relatively short space of time. She was brilliant when we ran into difficulties with the original buyers and had some back up buyers lined up ensuring that we didn't lose our onward purchase.
Alison was extremely supportive throughout the whole of the process, she remained calm and professional and gave us continued support and reassurance and was always ahead of the game moving things along to the ultimate exchange. We would just like to say a big thank you to Alison for all the effort she put in for us, it was greatly appreciated and would seriously recommend her to other prospective buyers and sellers.

I am sorry to hear that you had a few issues with the after sales service once our Epping office had sold your home. Our sales progressors do a lot of work 'behind the scenes' in liaising with solicitors and other parties in the chain and sometimes that can go unnoticed, nevertheless I will of course pass your comments on to Keith and use it as a basis for improvement.
