Worst company ever. This is a joke real estate agency on so many levels. First of all they don't have a Nottingham branch and all of their operations in Nottingham are managed from their Leeds office which is wrong but that's not my issue with them. I have so many issues with this agency, first of all their response is very slow, and they tend to never get back to you unless they want money from you. Reported repairs to them many times and they promised they would fix them but the response was very slow to none. Also the lift in the building where I live, in lace market, has been constantly going out of services for periods from 1 to 2 months. Imagine living on the 9th floor and having to use the stairs on a daily basis for 2 months!!!! they kept saying they will fix it and sending us letters to say they are working on it but it was all lies as the lift kept breaking. In fact in one year it was down for around 5 months and two girls got locked in the lift once as it broke with them inside, what a joke, considering it wasn't just a mere chance but after it had already been broken a few times. They don't care about their customers and that we have jobs to do, places to go and that it is above all a health and safety issue. What a bunch of greedy careless unethical people they are. Take my advice and stay away from this agency.
What agent could do to change your mind?
There is nothing they can do to undo what they have done. They obviously don't care and never will, because they don't care about their customers and the only value they see in their customers is their money. People need to know this obviously.
