We moved to Deal last week after a particularly stressful few weeks in which we had had to do most of the work in progressing the whole moving progress. Both our selling agent and our solicitor only ever reacted when we phoned, emailed or presented ourselves at the office. We were at the point of exchanging when things came to a standstill once again. However this time we contacted Matt and within a short space of time he phoned to inform us we had exchanged. Amazing! (Our solicitor phoned 30 minutes later with the same news). Matt was the only person who had been proactive.
Matt has a warm friendly personality and was particularly helpful when we viewed the property prior to moving in ensuring we saw all that we needed to and helping with measurements etc. Many thanks Matt.
