This was my first experience of letting out a property and the team at Wards made it pretty painless. The team explained the process and got me plenty of viewings. Sukh's promotional description of the flat was great. After letting the flat, the support I got from Carly was first class. My tenant, whilst not difficult was a little flaky in places but she managed the whole thing well.

Given the choice, we would not rent/buy through this agent again. Once customer lost for good, due to the issues mentioned above.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
