When we accepted to have our house valued by Carlson's (Bracknell office) we received a visit from the Agency manager (Tom Knight).

Tom is an experienced professional and that was clear from the first moment. Tom's opinions and advice were confirmed by later facts, and Carlson's Bracknell customer care was very good to, from both Leonie Peacock and himself.

We ended putting our house on the market with other agents (carried out by higher selling prices), but time proved him right, and I feel it was both a waste of time and effort from our side to market the house at higher suggested prices. We would have sold earlier, should the price have been the right one from the beginning.
