Principally, Ken seemed to get the right tenants for our property. In the time Ken has been in charge of the flat I don't think it has ever been empty. Secondly, the flat received a lot of work from me some years ago, since I realised it would be part of my pension. Ken has always respected this and does his best to maintain standards in the flat....particularly since the Local Authority became involved.
