As a prospective customer looking to buy a home that Taylors are marketing I am stuggling to find a positive. From our initial enquiry on rightmove which they claimed had been lost and took upward of two weeks to arrive, to the unhelpful and unfriendly office staff I am left aghast as to how these people sell houses. I have emailed enquiries regarding the property on more than one occassion which have simply been ignored, and to top it off I am now in the process of offering on the property, and the negotiator seems to have fallen off the face of the earth. The property I am looking at has been on the market for 6 months almost and I have to say I'm not suprised if this is how they treat buyers- if you are thinking of using these guys to sell your property . Implore you to think again.
