We called Pam after the first lettings agent let us down and have been very impressed by her service. She came out the next day to take photographs and had my house live on Country Properties' site that same day (Thursday). The listing was syndicated to Rightmove etc overnight so was advertised before the weekend. Consequently we were disappointed to not have any viewings that weekend, but two viewings were booked for the Monday. Pam and Sally handled one viewing each and both did an excellent selling job, pointing out the benefits of the property, desirability of the area and identifying what was important to each prospective tenant. The first set to view appear to be ideal tenants and signed up for a year at the full asking price. The second set hesitated and by the time they had decided they were interested the property had already gone - otherwise they would have rented it too. So ... bottom line ... from taking the details and photos to finding a suitable tenant and taking their deposit was less than a week. Amazing!
