I recently purchased a flat through Andrew Cowens and found all the staff to be highly professional and very pleasant to deal with. I was kept informed of progress throughout and everyone was more than happy to help with any queries and questions I had. Would definitely recommend.

Andrew Cowan agents do not allow you to make one of their properties your 'home'... It will always be a house you rent. I don\'t want agent feedback however I\'d like to say to Andrew Cowan: Be more professional and stop your staff abusing their position and allowing them to harass their neighbours. Nobody will report anything because theyre scared of being put onto the street. We all know that you will listen to your staff member tenants but not your actual tenants.

Can not believe these people are still in business after the way the behave. The staff have no idea about the tenancy i have and are unable to know basic knowledge about anything they deal with.
