Had one viewing day, with over 6 prospective clients. Cash buyer found on same day, my house sale was very protracted and my buyer was getting very impatient. David was very good with my buyer, explaining how the shared ownership scheme worked. Very reassuring and helpful.

Thank you for the review . We had a fantastic response from our open day and secured the cash buyer the same day which i knew you were happy about . There were some ups and downs throughout the sale but we got there in the end to make sure you and the buyer had a good experience . Hope the move goes well for you and if you do look to buy again locally we hope you will come back to us .
