Wow I used Douglas Allen to find my 1st property and the service I received from Dav & Carl was by far the best compared to the other agents I dealt with. They regularly contacted me with new properties and were very professional throughout the sale process. Everything went through very smoothly without any issues that's mainly down to Douglas Allen I can't thank them enough. When i decide to move in the future I will definitely be using them again. Thanks a million guys.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.Attached Filesnbsp;

As above. We consider that we were duped in to paying such a large fee. Never again, would I use them.
