As I am abroad we relied on Ellie to assist on our behalf, she was great to deal with and Kept in contact with any news on our sale, she secured a good deal for us and the new buyers, in in her absence Kate dealt with anything that needed responding too urgently.
I would definitely recommend both ladies and Gascoigne Pees to sell or buy a house from, they were professional and courteous at all times.
