This company provide an absolutely appalling service to their tenants. We are renting between purchases are a family with 3 young children. A few defects were reported upon commencement of the tenancy and were dealt with by a third party company acting on behalf of Mann Countrywide, these issues were dealt with quite efficiently and quickly. For some reason, after these early issue were dealt with the maintenance was handed back to Mann Countrywide who are worse than useless, they do not respond to emails, and they don't answer the phone. We have had several defects outstanding on the property for over a month now that include: A broken external light (leaving the approach to the house in complete darkness after dusk), a leaking washing machine, damp patches in 4 rooms, a faulty switch on a fused spur, no way to lock the garage, a constantly tripping RCD, a central heating system that will not maintain a constant pressure, and two wind damaged (blown down completely) fence panels. A tradesman visited the property to quote on the fence panels and leaking washing machine, and over a week has passed since, we have not had a response to any emails or telephone calls, and we've had no other tradesmen contact us about any of the other defects. I have threatened to sue for compensation for the constant time I am having to take out of work to attend quotes, repairs, and attempt to contact them, but still they ignore everything. I will never rent through this company again if the need arises.
What agent could do to change your mind?
If the agent had responded to my emails, answered the telephone when I called, and had effected the repairs in a timely manner I would have considered using their services again.Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
