Although the house may have seemed good value. It really wasn't. We arrived to filth and dirt all around the house. These ranged from used condom wrappers, to old bras and underwear. There was old news papers and letters meant for previous tenants stacked all around the house, rubbish piled high in the bin and the house just in general disrepair and filthy. We called them to come and fix this and they took 3 days to arrive (By then we had cleaned because we had no choice) And asked them to fix the repairs we hadn't done ourselves such as a broken cabinet, light fixtures and net curtains that had lost their hooks. We are still waiting a year and half on for them to fix these issues. We then found mould growing within our house (about 5 days after moving in we noticed mould had been hidden behind cabinets and draws where placed in front of affected areas. We called them to fix these issues and still nothing! We had to bleach our walls and ceiling to fix these issues. We asked for radiators to be installed upstairs as the winter is bitterly cold and we can see our own breath and drinks even start to form into slushy ice... There response was it is too expensive to install. But this reply took over a year and a half to actually decide. They keep coming to get a 'quote' but never do anything about it. Disgusting and appalling service! I could continue with the other bad service we receive such as entering our house without permission or even giving us notice. They came to fix our washing machine, never told us when they where coming. So we rang them back after around 5 days and said when are you fixing our machine, they said they would call us back. An hour later we get a call asking if we had tried the washing machine, obviously not as it was broken and you've not told us otherwise. They then inform us that someone had come and fixed the machine. We don't know when, who or what time as we where never told! (This is illegal) AVOID! at all cost.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Just sorted issues. And not been general dicks.
