All together a positive experience. My property had been on the market for many months and other agents had failed to secure a sale. The service offered by Wards was more efficient, more professional than the other agents. Feed back was better, all together it was a better experience. I felt that they did their up most to obtain a good price for the property. Their offices stay open longer than other agents which is always useful. Kai was most useful, helpful and professional, so all in all a good experience, during a stressful time.
