Although I have cited only 2 members of staff above, the other two members, Giles and Jules, equally fall into this bracket of excellent
If a member of staff was away, the others all knew the status and ably followed up. All were very helpful and very pleasant to work with. All were professional in their outlook and the way they did business. In addition, all were cheerful in disposition which made for easy contact. In short they made the whole process really quite smooth.

Lazy and rude. If you want an agent who will help in a chain to move the selling and buying process along, then go somewhere else. Once Wards have a buyer, they will sit back and let everybody else do the work whilst they watch ...

Agree totally with this review. They don't stick to their side of the agreement and let everyone else do the work for them and then charge astronomical fees for doing nothing. Never ever use them. ...
