This is the WORST AGENT I have ever come across IN UK!!!
Simply LAZY PEOPLE WHO DON'T DO THEIR JOBS AND HAVE RUDE ATTITUDE!!!
If I wasn't desperate for a place I'd probably never have rented the property with them. It's unbelievable from the property viewing date I could just tell it would be a nightmare if I opted for that place. Unfortunately I needed a place asap and so joined days of upsetting with either stupid people or useless.
DON'T JOIN THEM IF YOU HAVE THE OPTION GO FOR SOMETHING BETTER!!
I moved out as soon as tenancy agreement finished!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
