LIFESTYLE PROPERTY AGENCY, EBB COURT OFFICE = AVOID A group of scum, liars and idiots that call themselves 'a professional agency' Completely unprofessional, ill mannered. Arranged a time for viewing of two bedroom flat. Next day when I contacted him, he could not even remember anything. He did not note any appointment/date/property details in his diary or what so ever about our meeting. After refreshing his memory couple of times, finally he remembered the property and our conversation. Property was advertised as furnished flat. When I viewed, it was completely unfurnished. I was deeply shocked and disappointed to see all those pics posted by them on Zoopla website were completely fake. In the pics property was fully furnished and equipped with high quality furniture and nice decoration. I had half day off from work to view this property and drove all the way down from Essex. When I asked the reason why is it unfurnished? he was completely in dark. No clues. When I asked about pics, He said pics were take when property was furnished now tenant is gone and he has taken his all furniture but landlord is flexible for some furniture. I told him if that's the reason you would have mentioned it on your advert or at least over the phone when I asked 'is there anything I need to know about property that you could not mention earlier''. The ' viewing agent' was unqualified, unprofessional, sick and joker type teen ager. Job for him was just a time pass. God knows he might be a trainee for work experience. He did not know anything about the property and its features especially When I asked him about parking he was completely unaware. He was only interested in me paying him £387+ vat agency fee, £96 credit reference fee and I think £125+vat for check in fee 'ASAP' to 'book the flat'. When I tried to negotiate on rent, all of sudden he started behaving rudely and pushing me for higher rent. Property was advertised for £1387p/m as fully furnished and I offered £1300p/m for unfurnished (as I've seen + without parking). He started unethical texting. Asking me if I can not afford £1385 why would I come for viewing. I've replied him very well on this. He called me a 'SAD MAN'. I said yes I'm very sad and upset to find out you guys have posted fake pics of flat and that you are liar, cheap not trustworthy company. Please DO NOT trust this agency. They only try to make money of someone's misery of finding urgent accommodation or moving houses. I would not recommend this sick, liar and cheap agent for anyone. STAY AWAY FROM HIM. ITS WASTE OF TIME. That's all I WANTED TO SAY ABOUT HIM
