I needed a property to rent as quickly as possible. I had just started a new job and was living in hotels. Pam was great and showed me all readily available properties. The one I finally accepted stated in the advert 4 weeks needed to turn around the property. Pam reduced this to the approx 2 weeks, greatly reducing the time I had to live in a hotel. I did see some properties with other agents but did not get any where near as good a service as received by Pam. The full process was very clearly explained and for all the time between seeing the property and moving in I was kept fully informed on what was happening.
