From the outset Preston Baker was very pro-active in getting the brochures sorted etc so that I could sell my fathers house. He had moved into a home and we needed the sale to pay the fees.
After a few hicups with buyers wanting it for peanuts Omar came on the scene. Omar went the extra mile to help find a buyer, to set the process of the sale in motion, even following it through with phone calls & emails between buyers, solicitors and me-the seller. Even his evenings & weekends were spent contacting and sorting any problems until we eventually signed the papers & he handed the keys to the new owner. Thank you again Omar from Angela.
