Thank you Douglas Allen @ Dalston. With out you guys I am not sure it would of ever gone through, I instructed my own solicitors, not Douglas Allens as they were local and they was bad lost my first buyer due to my own solicitors and the agent saved the day with the 2nd buyer. With out Andrew getting my solicitors going and responding it would of failed again. Thank you to Carl, Devinder and Andrew as you made selling my property while abroad and not present as stress free and helpful as possible thank you ever so much.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Treated us with respect and been more cooperative when selling our flat. Dan told us a list of things they would do for us that all fell by the wayside. Living up to that list would have been enough. But most of all, treat their clients with respect and follow a decent code of practice. Don't hide behind clauses and contracts that they can see are immoral and not applicable. I've never had such an experience with a company - anywhere.Attached Filesnbsp;

As above. We consider that we were duped in to paying such a large fee. Never again, would I use them.
