Non Professional Arrogant Rude.
No respect for Tennants. Dodgy behaviour
Try to trap innocent customer. They are the reason
why agents have bad reputation. I am a lease
Holder on one of their managed property.
They made my life miserable by their rude non
Professional behaviour. They offend mistreat
Only one advice Landlord or Tennant not to use them.

It is unfortunate that you feel the need to leave a review of this nature. However, you have been given the opportunity to dispute the deposit claim via a government backed scheme that protects your deposit with no further response from yourselves. You seem to have overlooked that it is a landlord that files a claim not the agent. ...

Dear Andrew Thank you for your comments, i am dissapointed that you feel this way however i can assure you that Hilbery Chaplin take matters like this very seriously. I am aware of the property this relates to and whilst i understand your frustration the issues with regard to deposit disputes are handled by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme if you feel a Landlord is being unfair.
