From the minute my partner and I met Selwyn Pacheco, Lettings Consultant with Leaders Forest Hill and Camberwell, outside the towering facade of our new home for our initial viewing, he was personable, professional and enthusiastic. Within minutes of entering the property, we knew that we wanted it and over the next few days, Selwyn guided us through the subsequent administrative procedure with patience, diligence and efficiency. Always accessible via email and phone, Selwyn was prompt to answer our queries and to ensure that the steps needed before collecting our keys remained simple and quick. The day we collected our keys, was one fraught with the stress of moving two households under one space: not an easy task, when you decide to drive and move yourselves! Yet again, Selwyn's calm presence and smiling face was a welcome reprieve and we left the estate agency smiling, excited and keen to begin our new lives ¢â‚¬â€œ after a good night's sleep! Overall, our experience with Selwyn and his colleagues at Leaders Forest Hill and Camberwell was positive and both my partner and I would direct friends and family to his and his company's services. Very impressed, very happy.
