All the staff were brilliant. Everyone had a professional manner and even staff that werent really dealing with my purchase or sale were always brilliant at helping if need be, especially Jan (Howard ?)
It was a difficult sale, as it was a marriage breakdown and the staff were put in a very awkward position at times. Paul was so helpful and I appreciate his patience and understanding in such a uncomfortable situation.
I have already recommended the Hitchin team to friends and wish them all the success for the future x
