We first met Andrew in September, when he advised us on how to market our property and explained in sufficient details about the Prospect letting services. To us, first time landlords, Andrew's insight and advice on the letting business were invaluable. We were impressed by Andrew's professionalism and efficiency. The on-line posting for the property was promptly arranged with good quality photos, detailed description and a letting sign was erected a few days later. But what really made a difference for us was that we were kept updated by Andrew, and then his colleague Kane, on the property viewings and a feedback from perspective tenants. When our property for a while did not generate as much interest as we hoped for, Andrew kindly advised on the price change and assured us that our advert was treated as a priority on the agency's postings. We could see that the advert was regularly refreshed with either reshuffled photos or slightly updated description to appear more recent. Although at the end we accepted an offer that came through a different agent (it had just happened precisely 1 day prior Andrew and Kane brought us a tenant with another offer), we would definitely recommend Prospect and, in particularly, Andrew as a reliable and knowledgeable local estate agent to go to.
