We had already sold our current home through Rochester Branch and were referred to this branch for the letting side.
From day one Laura has been a truly professional, cheerful friendly, knowledgeable and supportive member of staff.
I am quite an anxious person and I was very concerned we wouldn't find anywhere suitable for my family. Within no time at all Laura was on the phone (her endless cheery demeanour) with details of the property we are now moving into. A viewing and meet with the landlady was quickly arranged and we took the property there and then so to speak!
It was perfect for us it felt like home and it's just what we wanted. Since then I have emailed and rang Laura and always received the answers to my questions and responses to emails very quickly.
You have to bear in mind we have never rented before and these days places go so quickly, especially places such as the one we choose. I had many questions as we had never been through the referencing procedure for the let of a property.
All in all a brilliant experience, made all the better to have such a dedicated person to deal with. Always professional, cheery, friendly, upbeat and motivated, which I appreciate from my job can be hard at times when the phones continually need answering etc and they are so busy right now.
