Rebecca Stewart is the perfect sales agent, unfailingly polite, interested, engaging and wonderfully helpful. She showed us around the property several times and never complained - and even went with us in search of the dedicated car parking space! Then, on completion day she even brought the keys to us at the property rather than making us go the estate agents office - isn't that wonderful service?
We never met Liz Hill in person but she was so friendly and helpful on the phone and email and kept us feeling cheerful when the solicitors where faffing about. Honestly, the vendors solicitor was so slow - it took them 4 weeks to get the Land Registry details - and of course you do get suspicious of such a delay as a purchaser, but Liz persuaded us the vendor was as keen as we were to complete the sale, and we trusted her. Then on completion day the solicitors fumbled the ball AGAIN, and Liz was on the phone giving them what for on our (and the vendor's) behalf.
Couldn't ask for a better service and when our turn comes to sell I have no hesitation going to wherever Rebecca and Liz are working - because I know the service will be the best!

The agents fees seemed quite high considering it did not cover any of the checks involved, nor did it include a rather strange key handover fee. A few which still baffles me considering it was done in their office and took all of 5 minutes.
