We decided to use Douglas Allen as our selling agents because of the number of SOLD boards visible in the local area.
The team at Loughton were very courteous and helpful and guided us through the process.
We were a bit "ring rusty" as we had lived in our Loughton property since it was built in 1997 and lost touch with the conveyance process.
Thanks to Pam and the team for holding our hands through the process and making it less stressful than I'm sure it could have been without their support.
Our house sold at the first open day just 10 days after making first contact with the Loughton team - and the icing on the cake was that we were offered the full asking price!
A lot more than we had expected!
We would definitely recommend Douglas Allen to anyone who was selling their property
