Until recently Mann Countrywide used to manage the property I rent until my landlady changed letting agents. While under Mann Countrywide's management the flush on my toilet broke, I reported the issue to Mann Countrywide immediately. It took Mann Countrywide 2 weeks to report the issue to their maintenance man. Despite the numerous phone calls I made to them, Mann Coutrywide didn't see it as an issue that needed resolving quickly and happily left my family of 5 without a flushing toilet for a over fortnight!
Since leaving Mann Countrywide's management a rent payment mistakenly went to them. While on the phone to an employee called Amanda trying to resolve the situation I was told it was silly to have made the mistake. When I pointed out to Amanda that it was even sillier that a professional letting agent accepted a payment for a property they were not managing she hung up on me without a word. I was not shouting or being verbally abusive in anyway. I called back and spoke to the branch manager, Sharon Collins, to complain about Amanda's discusting customer service. When I had finished explaining, Sharon brushed my complaint aside and blamed me for the whole situation. I decided to e-mail Mann Countrywide head office to complain about the terrible customer service only to find my complaint was passed between various departments before being sent back to Sharon Collins.
All round a poor letting agent with awful customer service!
