Andre was very attentive and helpful from start to finish, even putting pressure on the vendor's solicitors when they were dragging their heels. After the sale was completed and we discovered that there were some service charge arrears that had been dropped in our lap, Andre still stepped to help by liaising with solicitors, even though there was no advantage to him in doing so. My wife said, "Andre is in danger of getting estate agents a good name!"
