I put house on market with Aston Fox after meeting David Sipple who I found to be very professional. There was a figure I needed to achieve on the sale of my property which other agents tried to tell me was un-realistic. When I told David what I needed to achieve on my property he came across very well and told me the best way to go about it. I had doubts because of what the other agents had said but David reassured me. Within the first few days the guys at Aston fox had 4 viewings set up. I got a few offers on the property then YES I got the figure I wanted.
Great communication with all the guys (David/Adrian/Terry/John/Phil). I was kept updated at all times. Loved the enthusiasm that was shown. I would recommend Aston Fox to friends and family for there excellent service. 10 out of 10, I must say...
