The Agent, did not respond to problems with the heating in an appropriate time. They were hard to get hold of, did not do a thorough inventory check, and charged us £200 admin fees for exiting the property which was taken out of the deposit. Excessive charges for contract entry, and contract renewal. Overall not very compentant lettings agents and would have had more luck dealing with the landlord directly!

Dealing with problems in a timely manner. Not charging extorshoante exit and entry fees into the contracts, as well as disproportionate renewal fees.Attached Filesnbsp;

I was going to use savills to let my property in winchester, untill "*"the manager"*" opened her mouth, she treated her staff like dirt, I have never seen a manager act in such an unprofessional manor
